Carriage Hill Assisted Living is dedicated to the care of our seniors. We are also concerned with our environment as members of this community. We have chosen to build our new senior housing in NH utilizing green insulated concrete form (ICF) construction. Of assisted living facilities NH, very few have been built using this form of construction.

ICF technology is a sustainable building system that is structurally tough and highly energy efficient. In addition, it has superior fire resistance and sound suppression. ICF structures, on average, will use 44 % less energy for heating in a calendar year and 32 % less energy for cooling.
