Have you been wondering what is happening to the house on the Carriage Hill property? It is being disassembled in order to be sold and rebuilt. The house was not usable as part of the assisted living residence due to current healthcare construction codes and therefore is being repurposed again as a family home offsite.

The home featured post and beam construction, a slate roof, granite foundation and beautiful center staircase. The deconstruction has been in progress since the beginning of the summer. Progress has been rapid this past week as shown by the attached photo. The project will be completed before winter, allowing more garden and green space for our Carriage Hill residents.

Carriage Hill Assisted Living is now accepting residents for our waiting list and limited current availability. We would be pleased to schedule a tour at your convenience.
