Staff Begin Orientation

Another milestone in opening our residence was met on Saturday, November 14th, as eleven of our staff members attended New Employee Initial Orientation. Additional sessions will be provided this week to complete the orientation of all of our incoming staff members. We have a wonderful initial staff, truly dedicated to resident care and passionate about working at Carriage Hill as part of our team and Carriage Hill family!
Orientation provided Carriage Hill Assisted Living owners and administration the opportunity to share their vision and philosophy for the care of residents as well as core values expected of the staff members. In addition, key training was provided on rules, regulations, policies and procedures that will be in place for the safe operation of the residence, above and beyond accordance with federal and state regulations. Specific clinical training was provided in an additional orientation for clinical staff members.
