Due to the timing of our construction, landscaping was not finished last fall prior to the opening of our residence. With the early arrival of spring this year, final landscaping will begin soon. We look forward to green grass and completion of our planned gardens and walking paths!

Carriage Hill is located on an approximately four acre lot, with a beautiful view of the UNH Kingman Farm fields. The size of our lot will allow for a lots of green, outdoor space for resident use and enjoyment. In addition to our front patio, overlooking Kingman Farm, there will be a back patio space, flower gardens and several walking paths. Photos of progress on our landscaping will be posted on our website as projects are completed. We look forward to the warm weather, green grass and blooming flowers!
