Carriage Hill Assisted Living received its occupancy permit from the Town of Madbury on November 30th and will host inspectors from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) on December 8th and 9th in anticipation of receiving its operating license. The occupancy permit was a significant milestone in the completion of this project. The owners and management look forward to the DHHS inspections to finalize the construction phase and begin official operations.

The owners wish to recognize and give special thanks to all of the contractors that worked within the construction timeframes to achieve the occupancy permit in order for incoming residents to move into the facility as scheduled. The teamwork and commitment that has been demonstrated during the construction phase is representative of the care and commitment that will be given to residents by our staff, partners and vendors.
