Carriage Hill announced a scholarship program for existing and incoming staff members to become Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) or Medication Nursing Assistants (MNA). The goal of the program is to foster career advancement and retention, develop qualified, licensed staffing and ensure the highest quality of resident care. The scholarships are available to any staff member meeting the program criteria.

The criteria include the following: being or becoming a Carriage Hill Employee; completing or showing completion of a certified LNA or MNA program; obtaining or maintaining a valid NH license; committing to a minimum of 18 months of employment; maintaining solid work attendance; having no formal, written disciplinary record during the length of employment and providing a receipt for tuition and books. Both scholarships provide full reimbursement for tuition and books up to $2000 upon completion of 18 months of employment.
